The Impakt Highlights selection contains 14 of the best works from the Impakt Festival 2002, that was organized from October 29 to November 3 in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The selected works were part of the Panorama program in wich the Impakt Festival every year gives an overview of the most remarkables, idiosyncratic and innovative films and videos that have been produced in the past year. The selection contains humorous aswell as compelling works. Rude and upfront videos alternate with highly sophisticated contemplations. This selection is a treat for every art-lover.
